4. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:

Provide required account access and credentials
Approve content and campaigns within agreed timelines
Make timely payments
Delays in communication, approvals, or payments from the Client may impact performance and project timelines. The Company shall not be held responsible for such delays.
5. No Guarantee of Results
While we implement strategic and professional marketing practices, SONI DIGITAL does not guarantee:
Specific search engine rankings
Exact number of leads or conversions
Revenue or sales outcomes
Viral social media growth
Ad approvals from third-party platforms
Marketing results depend on various external factors including competition, market demand, platform policies, algorithm changes, and client cooperation.
Failure to achieve expected results shall not constitute grounds for refunds, disputes, or legal claims.
6. Intellectual Property
All strategies, creatives, designs, campaigns, and content developed by SONI DIGITAL remain the property of the Company until full payment has been received.
Upon full payment, ownership rights may transfer to the Client unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The Company reserves the right to showcase completed projects and results in its portfolio and promotional materials.
7. Third-Party Platforms
Our services may involve third-party platforms including but not limited to Google, Meta, hosting providers, analytics tools, and advertising networks.
SONI DIGITAL is not responsible for:
Account suspensions
Policy changes
Algorithm updates
Technical failures
Ad disapprovals
These platforms operate independently and are beyond our control.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SONI DIGITAL shall not be liable for:
